Due to the personalized nature of our services, which include editing, ghostwriting, formatting, and consultations, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced or been completed. These services involve extensive time and resources dedicated specifically to your project, making them non-refundable.

Hardcopy Book Purchases

Quick Pub facilitates the purchase of hardcopy books by acting as an intermediary between you and our printing partners. As such, while we aim to ensure a seamless ordering process, the production and shipment are handled by third-party print providers. Below are the specifics of our return policy for hardcopy books:

Eligible Returns

Damaged or Defective Copies: If your book arrives damaged or defective, we will accept a return request within 14 days of receipt. You will need to provide detailed photos and a description of the damage. Once verified, we will coordinate with the printer to issue a replacement or refund.Incorrect Orders: In cases where you receive the wrong book or incorrect order details, contact us promptly, and we will work with the printer to resolve the issue.

Non-Eligible Returns

Change of Mind: Returns will not be accepted for hardcopy books if you simply change your mind or decide that you no longer want the book.Dissatisfaction with Content: We cannot accept returns for books based on subjective reasons such as not liking the content or personal preferences. Since hardcopy books are printed and shipped directly from the printing partner to you, Quick Pub has limited control over the return logistics.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with your concerns and liaise with the printer, but we are not liable for delays, lost shipments, or printing quality outside the standard provided by our partners.
